Our Commitment to You

At Heliovara, your privacy matters to us. We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with random third parties, and we don’t clutter your inbox with spam. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep your information safe—so you can shop for your favorite shorts, sports bras, pajamas, and more with complete peace of mind.

What We Collect

When you visit our site or place an order with Heliovara, we collect a few basic things:

  • Your name, email address, and shipping address—so we can get your order to you.
  • Your payment information—which we don’t actually store ourselves. It goes directly through our secure payment processor.
  • Your IP address and browsing behavior on our site—so we can understand what you’re looking for and make your Heliovara shopping experience better.
  • Your order history—so we can help you if you need to return or reorder something.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for a handful of reasons, all pretty straightforward:

  • To process and ship your Heliovara orders.
  • To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking info.
  • To respond to your questions or customer service requests.
  • To improve our website and product offerings based on what Heliovara customers actually like.
  • To send you promotional emails—but only if you’ve opted in. And you can unsubscribe anytime with one click.

What We Don’t Do

We never sell your personal information to anyone. Ever. We also don’t share your data with random marketing companies or data brokers. The only third parties we work with are the ones necessary to run Heliovara—shipping carriers, payment processors, and our website platform. They only receive the information needed to perform their specific jobs, and they’re contractually required to keep it secure.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your cart items and preferences so you don’t have to start over every time you visit Heliovara. These are small text files stored in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but if you do, some parts of our site may not work as smoothly.

Third-Party Links

Our Heliovara website may contain links to other sites—for example, social media platforms or payment gateways. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so we recommend checking their policies separately.

Your Choices

  • You can unsubscribe from Heliovara’s promotional emails anytime by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
  • You can request a copy of the personal data we have on file for you.
  • You can ask us to delete your personal data entirely—just email us at [email protected].

We’ll respond to all requests within 30 days.

Data Security

We take security seriously at Heliovara. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your information during checkout. Payment data is processed by trusted, PCI-compliant partners—we never store your full credit card numbers on our servers.

Children’s Privacy

Heliovara’s website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or through a notice on our website. The latest version will always be posted here at Heliovara.

Privacy can feel complicated, but we try to keep things clear. If you’re unsure about anything—or just want to know what data we have on you—reach out to us at Heliovara.
